Introducing the customer code in Mechworks website

Starting from March 1^st, 2010*, the customer code will be required to access the restricted area of the Mechworks website.

You'll find your customer code (corresponding to your company only; "0000" is an example, it is not a valid code) after have logged in:

Starting from March 1^st, 2010* the customer code will be mandatory as the product serial, so take a note of it for the next future login procedure.

If you still do not have your customer code, please request it to support@mechworks.com or to your reseller;
please include at least one mechworks serial (10 gidits) in the email request.

The customer code must be entered together with the product serial:

• in the left side bar of the site homepage
  
• in the specific Customer Login page
  

(*)The starting date for the customer code has been delayed (from Feb 1^st 2010 to March 1^st 2010) to allow the customers to retrieve it automatically during the standard login.
